2. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ug7775 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

4.2 Account Security

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ug7775 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based users: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at ug7775's sole discretion.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the ug7775 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ug7775 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the User are the sole responsibility of the User.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ug7775 Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in your Wallet, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. ug7775 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must have completed KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of those funds; (c) withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ug7775 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by ug7775 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real funds. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation

All games on the ug7775 Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by ug7775 are independently tested and certified to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and free from manipulation.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

7.3 Game Malfunctions

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug7775 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users in any game that involves competition between players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ug7775 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the ug7775 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or ug7775 staff members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ug7775 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ug7775 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ug7775 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ug7775.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug7775 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ug7775 Platform.

ug7775's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ug7775 Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ug7775 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by ug7775

ug7775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use the ug7775 Platform will immediately cease. Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no fraud or breach of these Terms is involved.

12.3 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ug7775 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you subject to the conditions set out in Section 12.2 above.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ug7775 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Users acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations form part of the regulatory context within which ug7775 operates and may affect the rights and obligations of both parties under these Terms.

14. Amendments

ug7775 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ug7775 will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the ug7775 Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
